Kickboxing and Muay Thai classes are basically the same, and they are fun and easy. They include “Partner Training,” so you are paired up with another member and interacting like a real fighter. One person holds Thai Pads while the other person wears gloves and throws punches and kicks, and sometimes even elbows and knees. The instructor shows you a routine, puts on the music, and then walks the room to assist everyone as they throw those punches and kicks and have fun. It is a great workout, and you actually learn real self-defense skills. And remember that we have “Beginner Only” classes for the most inexperienced, and our instructors are very attentive world class experts.
