Yes, there are “state of the art” ice baths in both the men’s and women’s locker rooms at our Midway Drive location, along with twelve showers and beautiful saunas in our large upscale locker rooms. There are restrooms and locker rooms at our Clairemont location, but no showers or saunas or ice baths.
